1.) Global settings.xml can’t be set,
2.) Setting for maven repository in user settings.xml in ignored.
3.) .project is changed automaically in a stupid way,

Maver from 7.0 M1 is ok

7.0 GA is going to be release a little later today. Please let me know if you run into similar issues with 7.0 GA.

I’m currently on myeclipse 6.6, my question is can I install m2eclipse in addition to maven4myeclipse? Can both plugin co-exist? or otherwise maven4myeclipse already embed all features of m2eclipse.
One feature apparently is missing is the pom editor. Is this resolved in 7.0GA?

With MyEclipse 6.6, you can install m2eclipse in addition to maven4myeclipse.

The POM Editor is hidden. You have to enable full m2e to have it available.
