Maven Goals Parameters

How does one specify a specific goal parm in the ui.

Example: If i have a goal tomcat:undeploy -Durl=http://192.168.3.103:8080/manager

How do i get the url parm specified in the Maven Goals Run screen.
I know it can be put in the pom.xml but it will be different parm for different coders.
