I am using ME 10.6 and trying to install drools plugin. When I add drools to my My Software the version is just … (not a specific number). Then when I try to install it, I get this error:

Bad update sites
com.genuitec.pulse2.client.common.launcher.BadUpdateSiteException
Software being installed: MyEclipse 10 (Profile) 2.0.0.0000000007 (com.poweredbypulse.profile-2558044-rmb-3217730 2.0.0.0000000007)
Missing requirement: MyEclipse 10 (Profile) 2.0.0.0000000007 (com.poweredbypulse.profile-2558044-rmb-3217730 2.0.0.0000000007) requires ‘org.drools.eclipse.feature.feature.group 0.0.0’ but it could not be found

the 0.0.0 version seems troublesome.

What gives?

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. I will file a PR for the team to check on it.

You can use the update site for Drools plugin for Eclipse Indigo on MyEclipse 10.6. I could install the plugin successfully by using the same.

This is all the happens with I try to use this information:

No Repository found at http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/5.4.0.Final/org.drools.updatesite/

And I still can’t install drools…

Ok I downloaded the upsite site to my local machine and updated from there. That seemed to work.
