    By j2ee 1.3 specification chapter 6.11, application server MUST contain JAXP 1.1 API (containing SAX2 and DOM2 APIs too) and at least one implementation of SAX2 and DOM2 parser and XSLT engine.

    J2EE 1.3 library set in MyEclipse 3.8.4 doesn’t contain any XML related API (JAXP, SAX, DOM), this is error by my opinion.
