Thanks for sharing this issue with us. From the log info you provided the Simulator is having an issue with the html5 offline appcache which is used by a mobione project when offline support is enabled. An immediate workaround is from the Visual Design, disable the offline property in your project’s startup design file (.mobi).

We recommend that users avoid using offline support as it works inconsistently across mobile browsers for apps saved to the home screen, mainly with iOS7 mobile safari.
