NigelShawMemberHi
The multi pages feature is great. Kind of fixes a lot of what i was trying to do previously 🙂
Question.
Can you next the multi pages? for example-i set a multipage up with a tab bar at the very top that has 3 pages. Each page then holds its own tab bar with multipages per page.
the idea is for the user to have 3 options and out of those options, filter down product with more options
thanks
Nigel
NigelShawMemberHi,
so nested multi pages do work \o/ thats great. There is a little problem though ehich i will try and explain in the images below. I have created a test app. When it first shows the tabs (one nested), you can see the buttons on the nested tab. When you move page and go back, the buttons move up out of the visible area.
Any ideas to stop this?
ps sorry about the hand writing, really hard to do with a mouse :s
Before page change
After page change
thanks

NigelShawMemberAnybody?
support-michaelKeymasterThis is the initial implementation of the MultiPage and TabBar widgets. We worked mainly on developing the common layout:
NavBar
MultiPage
TabBarI know we did not work extensively on nesting MultiPage widgets for that is a very unconventional UI layout.
NigelShawMemberHi Wayne
Thanks for your reply. Is the tab bar different to multi page then? I’ll be honest, I hadn’t seen that. In the design ui, a nested NAV bar looks perfect. When I run it in test, the buttons are there, just pushed right up. If they could retain their position, it would be perfect and a really good feature I’m sure 🙂
Nesting is quite popular in lots of ui development and a lot of people would find it really useful. It’s so close and maybe just a CSS thing? I’m not sure
Thanks
Nigel

We are investigating what is possible now. I know that we have been working on the most common UI layout support first.
