Can you describe how it fails on win8?
Did you upgrade a machine that already had MobiOne installed to win8 and then it would not launch?
If yes, please uninstall MobiOne and reinstall it (http://genuitec.com/mobione/download.html). Does it work now?
In one of our test environments the upgrade from win7 to win8 caused a number of programs to fail to launch. I had to uninstalled and reinstall all of the programs including mobione for them to run on win8.
