I would like to see the ability to modify a projects hibernate configuration after hibernate support has been added to the project. Nothing is more frustrating than having to tweak a generated file.

Another nice feature would be the ability to add the hibernate jars to the classpath from outside eclipse when adding hibernate capabilities. Right now I don’t add the jars through the ME wizard, I wait to add them through the Java Buld Path dialog.

We are far from done with our hibernate support and are aware of the annoynaces, we hope to address them in the next 2 or 3 releases. 4.0 should include some nice enhancements.
