Is there a way to modify the initial templates for html, jsp, etc. from within the ide or is the only way to modify them directly within the wizards directory
    eg. MyEclipse\eclipse\plugins\com.genuitec.eclipse.wizards_3.8.4\Templates

How about adding an additional user defined template to the wizard?

    1) Right now there is no way from within the IDE to edit the templates.
    2) If you backup one level from the /Templates dir, there is a properties file defining the templates, in it there are comments describing how to add more user defined templates. We know this ghetto approach right now is far from done so you don’t need to file any enhancement requests about it 😉
