The ability to generate an entity-relationship diagram from a database schema in the latest release is awesome! To make this even more useful, you should add the ability to generate a diagram from a subset of tables instead of the entire schema. Ultimately, a full-blown diagramming tool where you can start from scratch, and even generate tables from the diagram would be incredibly useful. Keep up the great work!
