    Is the “Base Persistence Class” field required?

    When I elect not to specify a base class, the abstract class that’s generated is incorrect. One looked like this:

    public abstract class SomeTable
    extends
    implements Serializable

    Note nothing after extends…

    Yes it does the same thing for me. I made a dummy class just so I wouldnt have to keep comming back to this issue.

    Yes I believe we will push the update out via Eclipse Update… we didn’t do this with 3.8.0 GA because of the removal of some plugins that was required. But we can do it from here on out.
