When you have completed a mock-up of an iPhone application, e.g. the screens, navigation, graphics, etc., is there a method of taking the design from mobione to the iPhone SDK?

MobiOne is still in development and the ability to go from mockup -> app is still in the works. Currently it is possible but requires a bit of know-how using a mobile web framework like PhoneGap. We will be providing a much more seamless solution in the near future. Watch for details in an upcoming milestone release.
