    I’m moving my operations to a new (fast, woohoo!) machine. What do I need to do to save all my existing myeclipse settings?

    I plan on completely reinstalling both from scratch.

    You can keep the same workspace OR import projects into a fresh one, in both the cases nothing will be changed. If you mean Eclipse(+MyEclipse) preferences you can export and then import them back again into a new workspace.
