I have tried both 3.0.1 and 3.1 and they both behave the same way as far
as multi-line comments are concerned (i.e. the comments are not highlighted
but appear as regular text as opposed to the one line comments). Just
wanted to bring this up as the last topic concerning this issue was posted
December 15th of 2003.

I would really like to see this issue resolved.
