I encounter MyEclipse 10.7.1 J2EE application to WebSphere 8.5.5 deployment issue. After J2EE deployment, I saw deployed code with ‘Redeploy’, and further check with messages below. I tried Project->Clean… or restarting the workspace and redeploy, but none help at all.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
MyEclipse 10.7.1 is no longer fully supported. I suggest you update to our latest release MyEclipse 2015 CI 6. The websphere support is more stable in our latest release when compared to MyEclipse 10.7.1.
Please download the MyEclipse 2015 CI 6 from here. MyEclipse 2015 CI is a unified product. Apply the Blue license to access Blue specific features. The license you currently hold is valid for MyEclipse 2015 CI as well. Go to New > Other > Server to configure the server connector.
If you cannot upgrade at this point of time then please ‘PM’ your license details and we will check if we can assist you further.
