Thanks for the report – there is something amiss with the dependencies and we’ve noticed it affects installations that have been updated to 2023.1.1. From the traces you shared, it looks like your installation is not a fresh install of 2023.1.1, but perhaps a 2023.1.0 install that has been updated to 2023.1.1.
This shouldn’t be happening of course, so our team is working on a fix right now.
The workaround for now, would be to uninstall MyEclipse and install it again using the 2023.1.1 installer – that will get you to 2023.1.1 directly and subclipse / jrebel should install without issue.
