I see this includes a visual JSF designer. Is this to be like Java Studio Creator where the tool will write the .java for your .jsp page. You can double click a component and be sent to the corresponding action method in the .java file, etc. Will it also include a path editor? If so that will prove to be quite awesome indeed.

One note, be sure to include a tutorial on how to create customer JSF components that can be utilized visually. Sun has provided absolutely NO support on how to create the design-time jar file. Therefore I have many JSF components that work at run-time, but I cannot use the visual development part of the application with them.

Thanks for keeping up to date. You guys are doing a great job in my humble opinion. This JSF update, if it actually makes the 3.9 RC1 release will be huge!

The JSF designer will start off in its infancy in the RC build and will mature through the 4.0 series as well. Everything may not be there right away, but it will get there.
