Prior version of MyEclipse had no problem with determining the entity relationships for this Oracle 10 database. 4.1M1 no longer recognizes the relationships between tables or the existence of the primary keys or foreign keys within a table. 4.0.1 correctly recognizes the relationships, draws the ER diagram and can reverse engineer the Hibernate mapping files. 4.1M1 cannot do any of the above.

Just confirming: at this point, if you use 4.0.1 – everything is fine. But if you use 4.1m1 – nothing works? (I’m trying to rule out changes to your Database as an issue)
Could you please verify your connection strings and driver / profile setup in 4.1m1 and make sure it’s all good and identical to 4.0.1?
What happens you expand a table in 4.1m1 in the DB Browser, do you see the PK annotations? Also, could you please follow the instructions here: Posting Guidelines, I’m especially interested in your error log for clues as to what might be going wrong here.
