Have these two versions on the same machine will not be a problem as long as they are installed to different locations.

Do you think it’s better migrate to 6 the old version or having both installed…I’m little bit worried for all my “production” projects…

You can setup 6.0 and start working with your projects. Hopefully you wont run into any problems but in case you do, I’ll be here to help you out. So till the time your are convinced that all your project are working fine with 6.0, you can leave both the versions on your machine.
