MyEclipse 6.0.1 error during startup

    Thank you. Running the -clean option in both places seems to have done the trick. I’ll try to remember this next time. (-:

    Other than perhaps slowing things down, is there any reason not to have the -clean permanently in the launch and initialization?

    There is no other reason. Your startup time will increase by a few milliseconds.

    Thanks. The reason I ask is that when I use -clean during startup all goes well in building my workspace. When I take it out, the errors return when building the workspace. Put it back in, all is OK. I guess this tells me there is something corrupted in my workspace.

    That could be the reason. You can leave the -clean in your eclipse.ini file.
