Hello there,
I am little bit confused on which version of MyEclipse should I extend my license for.
We use Clearcase Remote Client (CCRC) plugin with eclipse so that we can connect to clearcase directly from eclipse. In our organization, we use CCRC plugin which is compatible only with Eclipse 3.3.
If I go with MyEclipse 7.0.1, can I have it work with Eclipse 3.3 (instead of Eclipse 3.4)? OR Should I settle down with older version of MyEclipse which is compatible with Eclipse 3.3??
If I go with 7.0.1, will I be able to use the latest features of 7.0.1 even though I will be using Eclipse 3.3?
Do I need to specifically say which version of MyEclipse I need license for or the license work with all versions of MyEclipse???
Please let me know ASAP.

MyEclipse 7.0.1 is not compatible with Eclipse 3.3 so you will have to stick with MyEclipse 6.x.Also, the license you purchase is valid across all versions of MyEclipse so if Clearcase is supported on 3.4 in the future, you should be able to upgrade to MYEclipse 7.0.1 with out worrying about the license.
