No grammar constraints (DTD or XML schema) detected for the document (.mymetadata) was displayed as soon as I built a web site using the wizard.
Deleted the site and created another with same results.

What wizard were you using? What version of MyEclipse are you working with (MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details)? Can you give me some more details about the project that you created.

It is a warning:No grammar constraints (DTD or XML schema) detected for the document.
I understand its not a showstopper just concerned that the first thing I try with Eclipse 7 throws a warning on .mymetadata file.
