MyEclipse 8.5 vanished from my Pulse profile

    Hi,
    I had 8.5 and ordered 8.5 for Spring. I could update both for a time, then my 8.5 profile vanished.
    I’m only guessing what migth happen. When I got the key for 8.5 for Spring I gave that key for 8.5, too. But it turned out that I cannot use my previous 5.0 MyEclipse version. So I restored the previous 8.5 key and I think that time it vanished from my Pulse profiles.
    What can I do? Please take into account that I am a simple minded user who doesn’t want to know the nuts and bolts of Pulse. Moreover I don’t want to know that it exists at all, I’d just like to update and add software to MyEclipse.

    Thanks for your answer.
    I don’t think this is an issue of subscriptions, since both are still valid.
    And afterall I’m only guessing, what might have happened. I think of what I’ve written before, because this is the only difference between my home PC and notebook installations. And my notebook installation works OK. (And maybe things happened on the contrary – I don’t know.)
    I’ll reinstall MyEclipse 8.5 again and all the added the plug-ins, etc.
    And I still have the opinion: “… don’t want to know the nuts and bolts of Pulse. Moreover I don’t want to know that it exists at all, I’d just like to update and add software to MyEclipse.”

    Let me know if you were able to resolve this issue by re-installing ME 8.5.
