    Hi All,

I am having a tough time with this! I have updated to MyEclipse9, and it is seriously killing my machine’s memory, making it dead slow. Also when i deploy app on JBoss using MyEclipse, it takes around 800,000 K memory.

    And this is my configuration:
    -vmargs
    -Xmx512m
    -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
    -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=64m

I appreciate if anyone can help me with this?

    Thanks
    AB

    pillaiabhilash,

Sorry that you are running into this issue.

    1) How did you install MyEclipse 9 ? Is it through Pulse/All-In-One installer /Archived Update

    2) Did you install any third party plugins ?

    3) Here is an FAQ for memory issues : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshooting-memory-amp-performance-issues/
Make changes accordingly to your myeclipse.ini.

    4) Start the IDE with -clean, switch to a new workspace and check if the issue persists.

Let me know how this works for you.
