MyEclipse supports OSGi. Could you clarify what version of WAS supports OSG1, in case it is v 7/ 8, you could try installing ME Blue 9.0 and install WAS 7/8 with OSGi support and give it a shot.

We are using WebSphere v7 with OSGI feature pack.

1. Does ME Blue v9.0 generates Maven bundle applications?
2. Whether ME Blue contain all the features of ME4S?

Yes Maven4MyEclipse is supported on MyEclipse Blue. I would recommend you refer – http://myeclipseide.com/module-htmlpages-display-pid-1.html on the features supported
