    I have eclipse 5.51 GA and running Tomcat 6.
    Some how everytime I run a webapp (Struts/jsp) from the myeclipse browser,my eclipse goes into the the debug mode. Any settings that I can use to fix this behaviour?

    Do you mean to say your flipping to the debug perspective and it’s stopping on a break point? If thats the case, you needs to clear all the breakpoints from the breakpoints view and optionally restart using -clean.
