I’m considering purchasing MyEclipse Blue but would also like to have the capability to integrate with other application servers such as JBoss. I believe that JBoss integration is possible in MyEclipse.

Thanks for the response but my specific question was if I purchase MyEclipse Blue can I integrate it with JBoss as well as WebSphere?

Sorry for the delayed response. You can very much integrate other servers such as JBoss, Jetty, Jonas, Oracle, Tomcat, WebLogic in addition to the Websphere support in ME Blue. You can enable the appropriate server connector from window> preferences > servers and configure it to use.
