Are there any relevant errors logged in the log file located at workspace dir > .metadata > log?
Also, can you copy paste your installation details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details?
Can you answer couple of questions?
1. Can you copy and paste your installation details? Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installaiton Detail.
2. Can you look into your .log file and copy and paste relevant issues here. Your log file is located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log
I would recommend a quick-fix using pulse.
1. Open pulse(Start > Programs> Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
2. Select relevant eclipse realm from top left hand corner. In case you are on ME 8.6 choose Eclipse-Galileo, in case you are on ME 9.0 choose Eclipse – Helios
3. From My Profiles choose the relevant MyEclipse profile
4. Right click on MyEclipse profile and click on [re-install and run]
5. When prompted please choose to restart the IDE
