Hi,

I have tried to open a completely valid MagicDraw 1.4 .xmi file using the MyEclipse IDE UML Editor. I get a stack trace to the effect that:

org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.PackageNotFoundException: Package with uri ‘null’ not found

Unfortunately I cannot copy the stack trace in ‘Details’ as this appears to be disabled which is very frustrating.

Can you answer few more queries –
1. Can you copy and paste your installation details? Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
2. Can you perform a -clean. Please refer – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshoot-using-the-clean-command-line-argument/

copy the stack trace in ‘Details’

3. Can you clear your .log file. Your log file is located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate this issue and check if there are any relevant issues logged. Please copy and paste the same here.
