i am getting this error
while building this file
error: error reading C:\Tomcat\lib\tools.jar; error in opening zip file

I am afraid it is not clear on what the exact issue is.

Can you answer some more questions for us to understand the issue better ?

1) Can you share your Build ID from Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Edition > Build ID. Paste the Build ID here.

2) Which version of Tomcat are you working with ?

3) Can you list out exact steps you are following for us to be able to replicate it at our end ?

4) Clear the contents of the .log file which is located at < workspace dir>/.metadata/.log , replicate the issue and paste the contents of the .log file here.
