The problem is that you’re using a milestone build of Eclipse 3.2.0, not 3.2.1 as required for MyEclipse 5.1.0, according to the buildid. However, the system info shows a more recent version. There’s basically something very peculiar about your installation since various versions of Eclipse are being reported.

I’d suggest you simply download our “all-in-one” installer for 5.1.0 and use it to create a completely new installation. That’s the quickest way to solve the problem and get you a working environment as quickly as possible. Once you’ve installed it, you can simply open your existing workspace to get back to work.
