    Hi Guys,
    I am happy about the Quick response i get from the forums.I am trying to get my company go for enterprise licencing for MyEclipse .

    As an individual(Developer) what sort of Support i get from MYEclipse when i get my company to go for Enterprise Licence.

    OfCourse Forums are great and i am getting valid response but is there a formal channel for raising bugs and getting solutions for my enterprise.

    I am from Sydney currenly having 6 valid licence from Australia.

    We appreciate the support and company interest. The forums will continue to provide the fastest response time for questions and problems you run into, however for an official contact you can always email support@genuitec.com. This is a direct line to our team within the company if the topic/problem you are having you wish to be solved privately and outside of the forums.

    However we encourage, when possible, that people post to the forums so:
    1) We are aware of bugs/problems going on as well as other users having the same problems
    2) Users are free to search and find common problem information and possible workarounds.
    (3) We hope it helps to build a community of users that can all pitch in when possible to help one another.
