It seems like previous versions of MyEclipse are no longer readily available for download.
So I made a formal request (following the suggested instrcutions) for MyEclipse 8.6 for Windows, All-In-One.This was done Saturday 07/09/2011, but I have not received are a response .
I need this as quickly as possible.
Can you tell me how long a typical request take to be processed?BTW, why the change in policy regarding previous releases?

Responses are typically answered within 24 hours, except during weekends and holidays. Since you requested this on Saturday, it took longer. I just confirmed that a link was sent to you earlier this morning – please let me know if you do not receive it.
I do realize this is inconvenient, but it was unfortunately made necessary due to rampant piracy of MyEclipse. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
