I’m a registered user, but on my Vista 64 system, MyEclipse won’t accept my license information. I’ve made sure it’s correct by checking my account on this site, and it will let me enter the information, but it never enables the “finish” button for the license information.

To be specific: when I enter the user name and license from my account, it says nothing about an invalid license – changing a character in the license shows that it’s invalid. However, it doesn’t show me any actual license information, and like I said, it never allows me to finish.

Can you search for the .myeclipse.properties and and enter the subscription information directly in the file. Does it work?

    LICENSE_KEY=
    LICENSEE=

    Hi,
You should find this file at the following location:-
    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.myeclipse.properties

Ah ha! Entering the license data manually fixed it right up, actually; all is well.
