    it was working, for some reason it do not work while try to fix other problem

    You cannot run Eclipse 3.x with JDK 1.3, it must be run with JDK 1.4+. You can force it to use a certain JVM using the -vm command line argument like so:
    eclipse.exe -vm c:\j2sdk1.4.2_08\bin\javaw.exe

    I don’t know how java.version=1.3.1_01 is coming to the system. it has never been installed.
