This issue has been raised here before, however I was unable to find the previous thread so I’ve started this new one.

Bugzilla bug 67384 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=67384) details the problem from the Eclipse end. Apparently this bub has more votes, by a considerable margin, than any other outstanding issue for Eclipse. And yet it remains unaddressed.

I fully realize that fixing this issue is beyond the scope of MyEclipse, but my hope is that the MyEclipse community will rally around the cause and flood the bugzilla repository with additional votes for this bug to be addressed. And flood the Apple Eclipse representative (see comment #78 in the thread on bugzilla) with requests this be addressed too.

And if anyone here has the skill and desire I’m sure the Eclipse folks would welcome a solution to this issue.

    regards,
    Mark

    Mark,
Thanks for the heads-up post, we would encourage anyone to vote for this bug as Mark as suggested to try and get some momentum behind it. It’s understandable why the Eclipse group hasn’t prioritized it up until now, but it seems developers are very hungry with the new Mactels out 🙂
