Alexander PortnovMemberAfter renewal of my subscription and installation of MyEclipse (v.1.10) I realized that I can’t any longer get an XML editor…The XML Editor is not in the “Preferences/Files and Editors”.
As a matter of fact, I found that not the XML editor only is missing, but a bunch of project capabilities are also not available…As well as the MyEclipse Configuration Center entry in the MyEclipse Menu item…
I attach a file with screenshots made for the same options of MyEclipse 9 and MyEclipse 10…Attachments:

support-joyMemberaliportnov,
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I am afraid, I have verified that XML editors are available on MyEclipse 10.1 and I cannot replicate this issue.
Have you added any third party plugins? If yes, could you share the update site details or weblink to download the plugin. I would recommend you repair your profile. Double click on the MyEclipse 10.1 installer file, this would list you 4 different options, choose to repair your profile. Please follow the wizard till completion.Let me know how this works for you.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the prompt response!
First of all – I did not have anything other than Eclipse 3.7.x and MyEclipse 10.1…
nothing else, and you can see the installation details I attached to my previous post…
Second – I tried to implement all recomendations in order to update my environment…
Unfortunately, the update failed…
I attach a file with screenshots…
I still can not see the preferences I mentioned in the original post.Want to edit my post…
I used an old solution – removed previously installed Eclipse 3.7.2, got a fresh download and reinstalled Eclipse…Installed MyEclipse..The magic happened …Now I can see the preferences I couldn’t before…The only thing I don’t see now is the MyEclipse Configuration Center entry in MyEclipse menu (see attached screenshot)…
So, looks like the most problems have gone…Attachments:

support-joyMemberaliportnov,
Good to hear you are all set after re-installing Eclipse 3.7.2 and adding MyEclipse on top of Eclipse. You can access MyEclipse configuration center via Help, you were looking at the wrong menu item. See the attached screenshot.
Let me know if you are all set.
Alexander PortnovMembersupport-joy,
Sorry to say that, but it’s not at that menu item either…
Not a biggest problem, if anything else in functionality will not be missing, I think, this problem might be just ignored….Attachments:
