Can you try and restart using -clean as outlined here:
    http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-10280.html

If that doesn’t work, can you try creating a new workspace using File > Switch Workspace > C:\tempworkspace, and hit OK then try. Did it work then?

If not, then we need to try a clean install using our All-In-One installer from our download area of MyEclipse 5.1.0. This is an important step, actually downloading the ALl-In-One installer and installing it to a new directory, then running it and selecting your existing workspace and see if that works. Looks like something could be screwy.

From the new stack intsall, did you try a new workspace? Also please post your MyEclipse > INstallation Summary > Installation Details information from the full stack install here for me to make sure it installed correctly.

Can you try with a newer JDK like 1.5.0_xx? Also, can you post the value of your windows system PATH? Sometimes people have trouble if there is a mozilla installation in your path that could be causing problems.
