Any word when the Tomahawk extensions will be found in the component palette?

As it seems they wont make it into 4.1 (m2 still has the scarce non editable palette).

There is no official word yet. We are looking into ways to make the palette more extensible in the future but thse features will be planned for after the 4.1GA release.

Is there an update on this? Looking for a way to use Tamahawk with MyEclipse. Is there a way to update the pallette after adding jar/tld files?
