Hi,

I have found an issue in .mymetadata descriptor handling (it applies to META-INF/application.xml too). When I close MyEclipse project and reopen it, mentioned descriptors’ timestamps are changing. Team module understands this situation as the resource has changed (but content is unchanged).
Then to avoid version multiplication and conflicts I have to manually update descriptors from repository :?.

It has been filed and we hope to address it soon, not in 3.8.2 I believe.
