Could someone please provide a link for me to download the upgrade file to move MyEclipseBlue from v10.7 to v10.7.1? Because of my company’s firewalls, I am not able to use any online update files. I need to be able to download the file and then update.

Sorry, you cannot download just the upgrade file, instead you need to download MyEclipse 10.7.1 offline installer from the following link and install it.
