    I have created a new connection:
    but it gives me the error: “Connetcion to Oracle failed” oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
    following are my details:
    Driver – oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
    url – jdbc:oracle:thin:@192.168.1.18:1521:regac
    username – fnur
    password- fnur
    Database – regac.annetsite.intranet

    If you check your log file (<workspace dir>\.metadata\.log) it should give you more information about why the connection failed.

    Have you added your JDBC jar file (ojdbc14.jar) when you configure driver ?
