Since the new web site came up, the My eclipse web site is just about worthless. It takes over 25 minutes to load the page, most links just get a timeout and many graphics just will not load.
I’m sure it is something to do with out network security, but if you guys are trying to market to larger organizations, then your web site should be accessable from those organization. I think your product is pretty good, but I can not longer send a link to a co-worker, nor tell anyone about it because they just can not access the site.
I can not even link to the email without network timout.
BTY – I can get to the site ok from home – but that is not exactly what I want.

The only thing we changed when we rolled out the new site was moved the site over to a new set of servers with 4-5x the processing power and increased our max bandwidth at the same host we’ve been at this whole time.
Anytime you are seeing *that* level of ridiculous load times and not just flat out 404s, it’s always indicative of some horrible hop from one network to another. If you do a tracert to us, you should see the problematic node somewhere in there.

Ok so it definately seems to be something with your corporate network… try a tracert and see where things are dying. I can’t imagine that this is the first time you’ve had problems with websites. Maybe an overzealous network admin?
