Hi everyone

I have successfully create an sample app utilizing hibernate, now I would like to create a jar file for deployment. My question is do I need to figure out how ant works before I can build a jar ? Does myEclipse has any building wizard for building jar files.

Gary,

It depend what your application do :
– if you make web application MyEclipse have a lot wizards for deployments
– if you have simple java application then you can do it with eclipse export (to jar) features
– if nothing help then you have to use ant
