I have made my app – it is a lovely app.

But now I want it available on iTunes.

How do I go about this.

Also, I have made the app in the iPhone 4 template. Can the app be transposed so that iPhone 5 and Andriod users can use it also?

You can use the same .mobi screens for differents sizes, but your app should be designed following the next design settings:
