    Dear forum, hi Scott,

it’s up to me to investigate the power of NICE and the integration within MyEclipse, XDoclet, JUnit and stuff. Therefore I would like to ask, if it is possible to incoperate MyEclipse and NICE.

At the first glace and tries, NICE has some great features like Generics (no more waiting till JDK 1.5) and anymous methods and overloading. It appears typsave etc.

Well it compiles to *.class and it uses a syntax like Java so it should be able to incoperate with XDoclet and possible JUnit. The question is what about MyEclipse? Any experiences reports available?

I will check the Eclipse Plugin of NICE and report back.

Hope you have some short cuts for me 😉

If finished my attempt to incoperate MyEclipse and nice. It is a failure I guess. I could not incoperate nice to compile nice files and integrate within the default directory structure. Also it lags some features. Seams that we have to wait for JDK1.5 for support of generics.

    Thanks,

Actually, you can get started early with them with these resources from Sun for JDK 1.4.1:
