I downloaded today 6/2, and my installation of ME 50 into eclipse 32 does not show any application servers under Preferences/MyEclipse/Application Servers. There is just the top level label “+ Application Servers”. I reinstalled and they again didn’t show up.

    – System Setup ——————————-
    Operating System and version: winxp
    Eclipse version: 32
    Eclipse build id:
    Fresh Eclipse install (y/n): y
If not, was it upgraded to its current version using the update manager?
    Other installed external plugins: 0
Number of plugins in the <eclipse>/plugins directory that begin with org.eclipse.pde.*:
    MyEclipse version: 50
    Eclipse JDK version:
    Application Server JDK version:
Are there any exceptions in the Eclipse log file? site-install success

If this is a DB related question please answer the following:

    RDBMS vendor and version:
JDBC driver vendor and version, and access type (thin, type-2, etc):
    Connection URL:
Eclipse error logs related to com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer packages:

    1) Be sure you grab Eclipse 3.2RC6, there are problems with the most recently Eclipse 3.2 builds
    2) Be sure you get the SDK, nothing else will work

it was. everything installed was fresh. So you do not have the problem from a fresh install of everything? Should I pull over some library from a previous version to make it work?

    Nope, the process internally is:

    1) Download Eclipse 3.2RC6 (120mb or so)
    2) Download MyEclipse 5.0M1
    3) Unzip Eclipse, install MyEclipse

Are either of the downloads incomplete? Try restart using the -clean command line argument or use a new workspace, see if that helps.
