No design tag with JSP!!!!

My myeclipse is 6.5 for Mac OS. I chose Myeclipse Visual JSP designer to open my jsp file, but there is no design tag under the jsp file. Only have Source and Preview, I do not know why.

This is not supported on OS X at the moment. sorry about that.
