I cannot get a context menu to show when I right click in Package Explorer of a Web Project on any files such as Java source files, HTML files, JS files. Also there is no context menu when I right click in the editor.

I cannot validate files, such as a JavaScript file. When JavaScript validation is enabled in Windows -> Preferences it still does not work automatically. I am using a trial version of myEclipse 5.1. We have purchased a license for future use. Thanks.

But when I try to disable the WST after disabling JST, I get the warning:
Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the current configuration. See details for more information.
TPTP Core (4.2.4.v200701141614–Cq0bcucUsLmduh) requires feature “org.apache.xerces.feature”.
Eclipse BIRT Chart Runtime Feature (2.1.2.v20070205-1728) requires feature “org.apache.xerces.feature (2.8.0)”, or later version.

I disabled the other plugins above that depended on WST. Context menu seems to work now. Still have some issues with JS validation though.

    sbell,
Could you provide a specific use-case that I can run through and try and reproduce on my end to see what the problems are you are running into with the JS validation possibly?
