I have just restarted Eclipse after CodeMix was upgraded to CI 2019.6.11 and now I am getting “No License Available” error. I am on Ubuntu 18.04.I’ve clicked on the red exclamation box on the bottom left corner; then Update License link. Unlock CodeMix popup appeared. I’ve entered my username and password and after a login attempt I’ve been getting “Username or Password is incorrect” message. This is a very bad situation indeed since there is no license file or code that I can import.
Please let me know how I can get CodeMix running and please provide alternative methods to enable access in case there is no internet connection etc.

Sorry that you are seeing this problem.
Can you please clarify whether you are entering your userid or email address against Username to login in the CodeMix license dialog? You should use your userid as Username. Please recheck.
If you are still seeing problems, then please reach us via Live Chat ( Help > CodeMix > Live Chat) to quickly diagnose the problem. If you cannot do a Live Chat, then please share with us the workspace log which is located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log to help us investigate further.

paralaksgmail-comParticipantI have tried both email and username (I assume it is paralaks because there is no clue as to what my username is when I login to the forum); none worked.
Also please make sure you understand how your product works: even live chat requires logging in. What is your next suggestion?Thanks.

First, I’m sorry we suggested live chat, we didn’t think of your log in issues. However, we did ask for your log file as well – that will have the details of the errors encountered when you attempt to log in from within the product.
You seem to have a couple of accounts on our system, the User Id with the license attached is:
paralaks@gmail.com
. Please use this in the User ID field. I believe this is the account you’re already using to post messages to this forum, so you should know what the password is, or hopefully be able to retrieve or reset it.If you’re still unable to log in, please send us the log file – you can find it at
[workspace_location]/.metadata/.log
, as Swapna described earlier, and we’ll be able to figure out what is going wrong.Thanks!
